Staff & Experience

The people at Adherent Labs each average over 40 years of experience in various adhesive technologies including hot melt, water base, acrylic, urethane and epoxy. All are chemists and managers, and prior to joining Adherent Labs, they all were with one of the world's largest and most respected adhesives companies. They collectively hold numerous adhesives patents and are widely recognized as leaders within the industry.

Tom Quinn

Tom graduated from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. In 1973, he was hired by the H.B. Fuller Company in St. Paul, MN as an Analytical Chemist.

Paul Meyer

Paul graduated from University of Minnesota with a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry. In 1983, he joined the H.B. Fuller Company in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Len Jannusch

Len worked as a water base adhesive chemist for 32 years at the H.B. Fuller.

Dick Lindmark

Dick has a B.S. degree in Chemistry and an MBA with emphasis in Marketing and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.

Randall Skow

Randall has a B.S. Liberal Arts degree in Chemistry and minor in Math from University of Wisconsin, River Falls.

Glen Dawson

Glen helped to develop and facilitate the introduction of unique surface chemistry used by Applied Products & Surfaces, Inc. for enhancing the surface affinity of adhesives, paints, and coatings to difficult-to-bond surfaces such as plastics, rubbers, and textiles.

Bob Labrash

Bob started his career as a water-based adhesives chemist for H.B. Fuller in 1963. After holding several titles, including Research Chemist, he retired from Fuller in 2004 when he began working at Adherent Laboratories.
